Featuring:
Barbara Schoblocher, Bence Kocsis, Levente Boros, Damján Ocsovay, Tamás Heilig
Best known as the frontwoman of Blahalouisiana, Barbara Schoblocher will surprise with her fondness for improvisation only those who don’t attend her shows regularly. She found like-minded musicians at the spontaneous concerts of Pontoon, which Bence Kocsis (OIEE) has been hosting for ten years. All the songs are born on the stage, in the heat of the moment, their emergence witnessed by a live audience.
Harmonies and rhythms are known to often transform and recalibrate even well-known lyrics, and this time, at the request of Margó, this will be done with Hungarian texts and contemporary poems.
This programme of the Liszt Fest is presented by Müpa Budapest as a joint event with Kultúrkombinát Kft.
