The collective and concerted presentation of the values of contemporary Hungarian music: ever since its foundation in 1996, this has been the chief mission of the Budapest Music Center as a concert organizer, record label and information centre. If you come by car, you can use the Museum Underground Car Park, an 800-lot facility. It is accessible from Dózsa György út, between Damjanich and Dembinszky utca. From the underground car park, the House of Music Hungary can be reached in a few minutes’ walk through City Park, with signposts to guide you along the way.
 Buy your tickets online for 2 hours of free parking on the performance day. Claim your discount by having your parking slip validated at the information desk of the House of Music Hungary. If your concert is in the evening, validate your parking slip before the start of the performance, until 8 pm. The parking discount provided by the House of Music Hungary is valid for one entry and exit on the day of the performance.
 Bicycles can be locked to the bike stands outside the House of Music Hungary.

The Hungarian National Gallery is the largest public collection to present the history of fine art in Hungary. Its collections range from the founding of the state to the present day, from the earliest Hungarian relics to contemporary art. The gallery currently has a collection of 110,000 works of art, the highlights of which can be seen in the permanent exhibitions, while the museum’s temporary displays offer deeper insights into the work of individual artists.

Entering the area of the Buda Castle by car is only possible with an entry permit. The gallery can be accessed directly on foot or in a wheelchair, or can be reached by public transportation based on the information provided on the venue’s website.

The Art Nouveau main building of the Liszt Academy, inaugurated in 1907, is a legendary concert venue. The Grand Hall with golden laurel ceiling and many symbolic ornaments as well as the more intimate Georg Solti Chamber Hall fit even for opera performances are known for their excellent acoustics. Founded by Ferenc Liszt, it is a bastion of music education and musicology, and among the best 100 performing arts universities in the world.

The Ludwig Museum – Museum of Contemporary Art occupies an important position in the network of national, Central European and international contemporary art museums. It is one of the most recently established museums in Hungary, with a well-organised collection, a concentrated collecting area and a modern museum building. Through its collection and its professional activities, it contributes to the promotion, understanding and acceptance of a wide range of contemporary art.

Budapest’s newest multifunctional event and sports centre opened in the second half of 2025. It is a unique, one-of-its-kind institution in the events market, thanks to the combination of size, location, design and presentation. On the site of the former Taurus tyre factory on Kerepesi Road, two sports and event halls have been built, and a park, a playground and a fitness park have been created on a green area of about 34.000 square metres. The various spaces are suitable for events with 100 to 5000 attendants.

Budapest’s unique new cultural venue, the National Dance Theatre, opened its doors in Millenáris Park at the beginning of 2019. The building, equipped with the latest in theatre technology and featuring special architectural solutions, offers a theatre and chamber theatre for dance lovers, as well as rehearsal rooms for professional dancers. The foyer of the building is a community space open for visitors to the park, making the Millenáris even more integrated in the urban texture of the capital.
